The contract database is a continuing initiative of PCEA, building a spreadsheet with information from area locals’ contracts. Uniquely, this 
spreadsheet puts all information on one page, accessible to all members of PCEA helping with negotiation and contract enforcement. The spreadsheet (a sample is pictured with redacted information), is updated regularly by PCEA representatives. At present information includes:
- Yearly raises
- Health-care share paid by members
- Length of work year
- Longevity payments
- Leave conditions and amounts (personal and bereavement)
- Course reimbursement amounts and policies
The contract database is also summarized in a one sheet that lists the range, median, and mean for each category. This is also open to PCEA members.
In 2022 PCEA also began survey work on local organization and stipend amounts, to help locals make informed decisions.
